Message	income family soon (with the new house and all), so it's not looking good for the next 3 years. She will be done with her master's and required internship then, and I *should* be done with my degree at the same time, providing I can still get my work to be flexible with my hours. So then it's play time! I almost bought a few that needed some work, but made spreadsheets of what I'd need for each different candidate. I could have swung it, but I knew this single income thing would be coming up so I passed. Some I'm not so sure I should have (a member here actually gave me an option I still hate to think I turned down).
